Finance director, China Business Area, ALJ (China) Co. , Ltd. , Saudi Arabia; finance director, Red Bull Vitamin Beverage Co. , Ltd. ; Executive Manager, China Integrity Securities Valuation Co. , Ltd. . Mr. Chen Jihua has many years of experience in enterprise management, investment management and capital operation. He is well versed in enterprise management, has a deep understanding of domestic and foreign capital markets, and has rich experience and successful practice in M & A and Enterprise Development Strategy.

Before joining Houji capital, Mr. Xu worked as the manager of the Asset Management Department of China Unicom’s Survival Management Department and the manager of the Investment Management Department of China Netcom’s finance department Jitong Network Communications Co. , Ltd. . East China Financial Director, the headquarters of the deputy general manager of the Financial Department; huayu Futures Brokerage Co. , Ltd. . General Manager of the Financial Department, Settlement Department. Mr. Xu Siqin has rich experience and successful practice in enterprise investment management, asset management and financial management.

Before joining Houji capital management, Ms. Wang was a business director in Shanghai branch of Guohai Securities Co. , Ltd. and a senior manager in Zhonghe Asset Appraisal Co. , Ltd. . Ms. Wang ruoting has rich experience in corporate investment management, financing and listing.

Before joining Houji Capital Management Company, Mr. Han worked as deputy director of performance appraisal department of China International Futures Co. , Ltd. ; Business Manager of Investment Finance Department, Fund Management Department and Accounting Department of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited; Head of cost accounting, finance department, Tianjin Tianshi Group. Mr. Humphrey has rich experience in financial management, Internal Control Management and M & A of listed companies. During his tenure in Chinalco, he has participated in many M & A projects and completed the issuance of multi-term short-term financing notes and medium-term notes.
